Sergeant Tamra Banks, Dispatch Supervisor for Buena Park Police, is pleased with her Watson experience. According to Banks, not only was Watson’s bid one of the lowest, Watson representatives “gave great feedback...were readily available for questions” and “made individual adjustments to the consoles for our dispatchers.”
When asked if the console furniture met her expectations for ergonomic capability, technical integration, and overall quality, Banks answered “Yes, I like everything about it.”
The Buena Park installation includes five stations outfitted with Synergy 2 consoles with depth-adjustment platforms, Total Comfort System, Techlink, and custom designed peninsulas with storage.
