Columbia 9-1-1 chose Watson Dispatch™ because they know that Watson considers the user when designing their consoles.
According to Sally Jones, Center Administrator, “The ergonomic design provides a huge benefit for our employees. We couldn’t be more at ease when we walk into our Center.” Additional product features important to Columbia’s Systems and Facilities Team include ample-sized equipment enclosures with front and rear access panels, and pull out shelves.
The Columbia 9-1-1 installation includes 6 stations outfitted with Synergy 3™ Full Lift consoles with depth adjustment platforms, the Total Comfort System™ environmental controls, TechLink™, LED and fluorescent task lights, phone cradles, cup holders, and storage pedestals.
