Live Cutover Support
The Spartanburg installation was made easy with Watson Dispatch support and planning. According to Connie Phillips, Sr. Administrative Assistant, Watson responded quickly to change requests and was a good partner, working closely with the other vendors and contractors.
911 Director, Keith Lee, explained that in addition to a live cutover, the Spartanburg installation required rearranging 18 consoles in a more functional design. “I was particularly impressed with how Watson worked around the needs of our center and staff.”
The Spartanburg installation includes 18 Synergy 3™ Full Lift consoles with depth adjustment platforms, the Total Comfort System™ environmental controls, TechLink™, LED and fluorescent task lights, phone cradles, cup holders, and storage pedestals.
