The Stockton Police Department first purchased Watson in 1992, then selected Watson for remodels or upgrades in 2003 and again in 2011. According to Melissa Murray, Program Manager of the Telecommunications Center, workstation design and durability, personal comfort controls, and demonstrated customer care made Watson the obvious choice.

The Stockton installation includes 14 stations outfitted with six SYNERGY 3 Full Lift and eight SYNERGY 3 Center Lift consoles, all with Total Comfort System, Techlink, personal storage, and custom storage.
